Salmon recipe

Kauti found a site at www.cookitfrozen.com that has recipes for salmon. She made the honey dijon salmon (or something like that). Mom baked it last night and thoroughly enjoyed it because the salmon wasn't dry or fishy. It seems if you let salmon cook a couple minutes too long it can get dried out.
