Caleb's Visit

Caleb (5, yrs., Kauti and Josh's son) visited this week - the boys had a grand time together.

Caleb happened to come at the right time and was able to participate in Mason's soccer and flag football classes at the Y. It was nice for Mason as well, to have Caleb in his class. I was surprised Caleb had never played soccer - he understood the game pretty well. When Mason had his swimming lesson Caleb and i were also able to swim so he wasn't sitting around twiddling his thumbs while Mason had classes and Ryan was in school.

The boys watched All Star Superman movie, made objects out of marshmellows and toothpicks and other art work,

went to "Kids in Motion" - they thoroughly enjoyed the truck/excavation/ area,
Mason liked the music room,
Ryan and Caleb were pretty competitive playing air hockey,
went crazy when the bubble machine did its' magic,
learned plumbing,

Mason's favorite - grocery shopping,
We had a dinner break at Subway and went back to Kids in Motion and the boys played again in the truck/excavating area; only this time they had the area all to themselves,

and ran and climbed through the huge playground equipment which was very cool.

During the week we went to different parks to get fresh air and exercise.

This picture is for you Josh, i know how much you can't stand stick-and-peels! :)
It was a fun week with the 3 grandsons -- i can't even think of anything unusual or crazy that happened, it was just a pleasant week... well, we did have to work a little on bossiness.

Caleb is already excited for his cousins to come and visit him in a couple of weeks.

Ryan and Mason,

You guys are awesome with all the activities you are doing. I know that the exercise and fun things you do will help you to have confidence and know about team work. Please continue to swim because your Uncle Bruce wants to take you guys with Bryson, Luke and Mackenna on a boat to ski!!! That would be awesome. You guys are definitely growing into fine young boys.

love Ye-Ye
