Mason's "School" Time

Mason has learned by leaps and bounds since we started with the first "Get Ready for Kindergarten" workbook. When we first started doing workpages he would cry when he couldn't write a number or figure something out. I told him that this is only for fun and if he wanted to try that was good, but if he was going to cry when he couldn't write a letter or number then it was not worth doing. Mason quickly changed his attitude to "try" and took off learning. We buzzed through the first workbook and have almost completed the Kindergarten workbook (although there are some parts that I don't think he's quite ready for) and onto "Number Games 1-70" and other supplemental learning work. Way to go Mason! Way to try like the "Little Engine that Could."
