An Unexpected Act of Kindness
We were watching for Ryan to come home from the bus one snowy day and I walked outside to see where he might be and I was surprised to see him pushing the snow off of Sherman's car windows. Sherman was sick that day and did not go to work so his car was covered with snow. Mason started to help Ryan and they removed all the snow off the car (with my help doing the roof).
I was telling Ryan and Mason that morning a story of when Sherman was young and he stayed home from school because he was sick and it snowed a lot on our long driveway. Even though Sherman was sick I asked him to help me shovel the snow off the driveway because there was so much and I couldn't do it by myself. I wonder if Ryan thought I'd may Sherman go out in the cold snow ... that meanie mom.
This was a very kind gesture Ryan and dad really appreciated your thoughtfulness.

that was very thoughtful of them :) And I remember that story of Sherman staying home sick and shoveling the driveway. That'll teach him not to get sick! haha
Ryan and Mason, you boys are very helpful and perceptive in learning to help others without being told. You are great examples to others. love Ye-Ye
