Fun Day!

Since Sherman had to take a 5 hour class about children on Saturday, I took the boys for a day of fun! We first went to swim lessons and they did great --- slowly but surely getting comfortable in a pool --- and then Ryan had basketball. After that we went to the children's museum in Milwaukee for their special Valentine's event sponsored by Sedlik's. The admission price was perfect (purchase of cheese at Sedlik's) and I packed a lunch for the kids to eat on the way to the museum so we were all set for an enjoyable time.

One of the highlights of the Valentine's event was the ice cream sundae's... Ryan ice cream was covered in sprinkles and Mason's ice cream floated in chocolate!

Not surprising since Mason likes to eat, he enjoyed the grocery exhibit and shopped and worked at the check out line. He was quite fast as pushing those buttons to get everyone checked out quickly.

Ryan joined in with a couple of other kids being a newscaster - it might be a good line of work for him since he likes to talk and has a winning personality. He also had fun being a vet and customer at the vet exhibit.

On the way home we brought sub-sandwiches to dad's work for dinner and to give dad a break from studying for his exams.
