PROMOTION!

Beginning February I was placed into management, which makes me a Field Trainer. What that means is that when new agents come into the office I go out with them to show them how the sales cycle works. I am beginning to build up my own unit, I have one agent right now. The next promotion will be Unit Sales Manager - that should be in 1 year when i have 5 developed agents in my unit.

We are truly being blessed by The Lord. I actually enjoy my job! What a nice change from before...I hated staring at a computer screen. I hope you are all happy in your careers.
